How to Order Online

Step 1
Shop Online
Browse online and choose from thousands of products, once you have found the product you are looking for simply add it to your shopping cart.
Step 2
Proceed to Checkout
Once you've finished shopping, proceed to the checkout and select either Home Delivery or Store Pickup. Upon selecting either option the page should update allowing you calculate freight or nominate a store to collect your items from.
Step 3
Complete your Order
Checkout as a Club Member, Trade Member or Guest. Enter your payment details and complete your order. An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
Step 4
Collect your Order
If you have selected 'Store Pickup' you will receive an SMS or E-mail confirmation when your order is ready for collection. Simply visit your chosen Supercheap Auto store during opening hours with proof of identification and a copy of your order confirmation to collect your items.

Ordering through Supercheap Auto is easy, you can order on your desktop, tablet or mobile device 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For your convenience we can deliver most items directly to your home, workplace or address of your choice (excluding some bulky or fragile products and/or remote locations). We also offer a Click & Collect service. Within the checkout simply select your nearest Supercheap Auto store, complete your order and we will notify you via your preferred method (either email or SMS) when you order is ready for collection.

Ordering Online

How to use a Coupon Code

To redeem a coupon code, enter the code and click apply in checkout.

  • One coupon code per transaction.
  • The value of the coupon code will not be refunded or extended should you fail to enter the code in prior to completing payment.
  • Coupon codes may void existing promotions that have already been applied.
  • Coupon codes are taking of the order total excluding shipping charges.
Contact-free Click & Collect

All Supercheap Auto stores now offer collection of your click & collect orders, Contact-free. When ordering online, select Click & Collect and nominate your store. Once you receive your order confirmation, make your way to the selected store, park in the click & collect bay and call your local store. (Store number located in order confirmation) A Team member will then bring out your online order and place it in your vehicle. To learn more click here.

Special Order 'Collect from Store'

Collect from Store is an alternate collection method for selected Special Order products that are purchased online. It provides an opportunity for a faster fulfilment of your order (compared to Home Delivery) and provides the flexibility for you to collect from your nominated store.

If you have ordered a Special Order product with a store stocked product the total order will be fulfilled once your Special Order has been received at store.

Sale Product Limits

We may at times promote products that are at such great value that we limit the sale to certain quantities.

Viewing and Tracking your Online Order

All orders placed online at Supercheap Auto are delivered via courier. You can track the progress of your order from placement through to delivery via our Track & Trace Portal. Simply enter your Order Number (ie. 0000123456) and your First and Last name to view the progress of your order.

Once your order has been packed ready for dispatch you will see a consignment number and link to track your order directly through the courier’s website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in the couriers system before attempting to track your order. If you have any concerns contact our Customer Care Team by on web chat or complete our online enquiry form. We will generally respond to online enquiries within 24 hours.

Changing or Cancelling your Online Order

Generally once your purchase has been dispatched we are unable to add to, remove from or modify your order. If an error has been made while ordering or your circumstances change please contact our Customer Care Team on web chat, or complete our online enquiry form and our friendly team will assist wherever possible.

To assist in your enquiry please ensure you quote your order reference number when communicating with our Customer Care Team. Your order reference number can be found within the order confirmation sent to you via email after placing your order (ie. 0000123456).

Rego / Vehicle Search

What is Rego/Vehicle Search?

Find parts for your vehicle fast by inputting your rego number and confirming the Make, Model & Year. Once you have entered your vehicle into your garage, you can start searching via the search bar or using the drop down menus and searching by product category. Once the results show up, look out for the green box under products with “This Part Fits Your Vehicle” and a green tick.

How do we store your vehicle information?

When you add vehicles (up to 5) into My Garage, Supercheap Auto does not store your vehicle however we store a vehicle ID number which our site uses to filter results and make recommendations for your vehicle.

Accuracy of Vehicle specific parts

When providing your registration, or after inputting your vehicle information, ensure all your vehicle details are correct. While we always do our best to ensure we provide you with accurate and up-to-date part information, human and/or software errors sometimes occur and as a result, incorrect parts may be displayed. Where photos are provided, compare your current part with the one pictured.

Installation of Parts

Due to the complexity of vehicles today Supercheap Auto recommend seeking assistance from a qualified mechanic when installing or replacing parts on your vehicle. Failure to install a part correctly may result in damage to your vehicle, serious injury or death. If you unsure on how to install a part, seek assistance from a licensed mechanic or have them install the part for you.
