This coil loaded whip aerial from Aerpro is a discrete black coated steel and pretuned to suit 477MHz CB UHF applications. With a 4.5dBi gain, it is ideal for hilly terrain, though will still give decent range in flat areas. The coil will allow flexibility along the mast, making the aerial more resistant to accidental damage.
