Bosch developed the 4,4 or 5 volt Duraterm High Speed technology for fast and reliable combustion in diesel engines. With additional functions such as intermediate and regeneration annealing ensure good running smoothness and comfort in all load ranges. The patented Bosch Duraterm glow plug’s fast preheating and long post-glow times contribute to fuel efficiency and reduced engine emissions.

Reaches the preheating temperature of approximately 1000° C in up to 2 seconds
Low voltage design (4.4 or 5.0 volts), offers protection of the battery and relief of the alternator during cold starts
