The Oricom UHF400R is a single DIN size UHF CB radio. Designed to integrate into a standard DIN socket in a vehicle, the unit is still compact enough to mount in vehicle wherever necessary. Specifically designed for transport vehicles, even in the tough Australian conditions, the unit is incredibly rugged and durable with 12V and 24V auto swtiching meaning it is also as home in car and truck. An integrated heat-sink allows the unit to maintain its full legal maximum 5 Watt transmission power output in extreme conditions. Switch between green or amber backlit LCD display for your convenience in low light situations. A rear mic jack allows you to plug in extra speaker power if required. Duplex capabilities proivde extended range on emergency channels to allow you to communicate at extended range in remote locations.
