Penrite Classic Gear Box Oil GB40 is a multigrade gearbox oil that has been designed for use in classic and vintage vehicles where the same oil recommended to be used by both the engine and the gearbox. Advances in technology now see that a multigrade oil is a better alternative, providing better performance and protection over a much wider temperature range. Gearbox Oil GB40 is a 25W-70, API GL-1 oil designed for use where a SAE 40 or SAE 50 was originally recommended.
