Septone's Paint Stripper is a phenolic based heavy duty paint remover which is designed for the stripping of specialist automotive coatings. However, Septone Paint Stripper is not recommended for the removal of paint from wooden surfaces where the surface is then going to be clear lacquered, because this product will cause irreversible staining of the wood. This product can adversely affect chrome, perspex, rubber and plastic components. Please note, this product is not recommended on fibreglass gelcoats.
