Furthermore, thanks to the bituminous properties of the deadener, this product also works hard to protect the under body from flying stones and road debris, and won’t scratch off to leave exposed metal. Although it’s primary application is to protect the under body of motor vehicles, it can also be used for various other jobs around the home such as coating metal downpipes and guttering, or even damp-proofing concrete and masonry, providing no hydrostatic pressure is present.
