Are you looking for a valve spring compressor that works without the need to remove the head? The Toledo Valve Spring Compressor allows you to compress the valve spring against the retainer in order to remove them for replacement or the replacement of valve seals. Simply position the tool over the spring, locate the arms under the lowest coil of the spring accessible, and wind the lead screw down to contact the spring retainer. As you tighten this will compress the spring and allow for removal of the collets. No longer will you need to remove the head just to maintain your valve train.
