The struggle of removing a blind bearing or bush can drive you crazy, removal by cutting, chiselling and levering can damage the bearing surface rendering the parent item unusable. Get the right tool and do the job right with ToolPRO's Blind Bearing Puller set. With 4 collets covering internal diameter bearings and bushes from 12 to 32mm this kit is great for spigot bearings and bushes. Find the collet which fits the ID the closest, insert into the bearing or bush and tighten the expansion nut until the teeth catch the inner edge. Wiggle the collet whilst tightening to ensure it remains centred and all teeth are in contact with the bearing. Once solidly mounted, screw the slide hammer onto the collet and with a couple of swift hits the bearing or bush should pop straight out.
