What is bonus credit?

Credit has a $ value and can be spent at Supercheap Auto. It is a reward we give our Supercheap Auto Club members.

I'm not a Supercheap Club member but I don't want to miss this offer. Can I join and get the offer?

I'm already a Supercheap Auto Club member, how do I get my bonus credit?

All you have to do is spend $100 or more at Supercheap Auto between the 5th September - 30th November, 2022 and you'll be eligible for bonus credit. You can shop in store or online, or a combination of both.

To be eligible, purchases must be made on your Club membership so don't forget to give your Club details to the team in store or sign in to your Club account online to make your purchase.

Do I have to spend $100 in one transaction?

No you don't. You can make as many transactions as you like during the promotional period and they will all count towards your spend.

Is there anything that doesn't count towards my spend

Credit redemption, tyres, delivery charges, purchases of gift cards and charity donations don't count towards your spend calculation for bonus credit.

When will I get my bonus credit?

We'll apply credit by end of day on a Wednesday for anyone who has reached a cumulative spend of $100 by the Tuesday.

For example
Credit earnt within the period of the 14th to the 20th September inclusive will be paid be the end of day on Wednesday the 21st September.

How will I know my credit has been applied?

We'll send you an email when credit has been applied to your account. We'll send the email to the email address that's on your Club membership so make sure we have the most up to date email address for you.

How long do I have to spend my bonus credit?

Your bonus credit will be valid for 28 full days. This means we'll apply the credit on the Wednesday and you'll have 28 days from the Thursday to spend it.

Is there anything I can't spend my credit on?

Credit can't be used to purchase gift cards, lay-bys or special orders.

What if I order online or place a Special Order?

For online orders or instore special orders, the order will be deemed complete and added to the accumulated spend total at the time the order is received for home deliveries or at the time the order is collected at store.
